We loved our stay here! The hosts were very responsive. It is a little off the beaten path. If you were to stay during a heavy snow/freeze you might have a hard time getting to/from the property. The access has a few steep gravel roads. We did not have a problem but I could see how you would. Overall, it was a great experience!!

Was a great place to stay for our family for the 2 weeks we were in Colorado Springs. 15 mins from everything we wanted to do in the town and tons of trails close. Hosts were fantastic as well.

Had a wonderful time at Clay's place! It was quiet, peaceful, and easy to find. We loved the firepit! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an easy, relaxing trip.

For those who aren’t comfortable with critters, note that this place is in the mountains and will have critters.

This place was so beautiful! The house and views were amazing, we got to see lots of wildlife including bears every day we were there. Clay was great at communicating and very accommodating, we would definitely come back!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! So peaceful. The hot tub was so nice after a long day of sightseeing. The house was stocked with everything we needed and was perfect for our party of 8. You are not far from the city at all. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Walmart to get our groceries for the week. But once you get to the house it’s like the city is worlds away. So quiet and peaceful. And the views of the mountains are breathtaking. There was a slight issue with the upstairs not cooling very well (Colorado experienced record breaking heat while we were there) but Clay came out with a portable AC unit to help cool it off. Very kind and very responsive. We loved our stay and would love to go back someday!! I could go on and on about this home!!

We loved staying here! Between the beautiful views & the huge space we were so happy to stay here. The hot tub was a big hit and we also enjoyed the many games. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and slept comfortably each night. We loved that the street was quiet, but were only a short 10 min drive to the grocery. Thanks for hosting us, Clay!

Had a very peaceful stay! Loved the upstairs and downstairs living spaces (ideal for families/groups on slightly different sleep schedules) and felt right at home. So appreciated speedy communication and flexibility - many thanks again!

We had a really great time. The house was set up perfectly with plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay there again. The cost was much less than setting several hotel rooms for everyone.

This place was perfect! 20 mins drive to almost any tourist destination. The basement was so nice and comfy. My young daughter was able to hang out and play with the toys and bean bags. Kitchen was well stocked with nice cooking supplies. Beds were comfy and the showers were great! Lots of water pressure!! Outside hot tub and fire place was so nice on the chilly nights! Highly recommend! Breweries around the area are top notch.
