PETS: This is a dog-friendly listing for dogs who qualify. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please message us before booking to confirm if you plan to bring a pet. Damage from pets is the responsibility of the person booking. There is an additional $55 fee per pet to cover the cleaners time. We are happy to host both you and your pets! Additional Info: - Trash day is Tuesday. If your stay falls on this day, we ask that you please place trash and recycling containers curbside Tuesday morning/Monday evening. - Hot Tub and lawn maintenance staff are scheduled on Mondays. Staff will only access the exterior of the home to care for the lawn areas and service the hot tub if needed. - Colorado is known for unpredictable weather. House Rules

QUIET HOURS: From 9pm to 8am out of respect for our city permit and nearby neighbors. No parties or events. NO SMOKING: There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home, and no open flames or candles inside. A $250 deep cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken. GUESTS: All guests must be listed on your reservation prior to arrival, no unregistered individuals are permitted on the property. This ensures we comply with our permit, and insurance policies. PETS: This is a dog-friendly listing for dogs who are approved. Fees/Costs as a result of damage from pets will be the responsibily of the booking guest. There is an additional $55 pet fee to cover the cleaners time. Guests are expected to pick up all waste left in the yard. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. Dogs must be crated when left unattended in the home. Please lay out dog blankets on furniture and beds to limit dog hair as much as possible. Guests will be asked to leave without refund if house rules are broken. Thank you for following the rules so that the space may be enjoyed by future guests!

Was a great place to stay for our family for the 2 weeks we were in Colorado Springs. 15 mins from everything we wanted to do in the town and tons of trails close. Hosts were fantastic as well.

We had a really great time. The house was set up perfectly with plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay there again. The cost was much less than setting several hotel rooms for everyone.

This place was perfect! 20 mins drive to almost any tourist destination. The basement was so nice and comfy. My young daughter was able to hang out and play with the toys and bean bags. Kitchen was well stocked with nice cooking supplies. Beds were comfy and the showers were great! Lots of water pressure!! Outside hot tub and fire place was so nice on the chilly nights! Highly recommend! Breweries around the area are top notch.
